Two latest pay slips( be they weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
Group Certificate for last financial year & ATO Assessment Notice
Copies of all Liabilities including lastest credit card statements,
and Store cards and Personal Loans and/or Lease& Rental Agreements
Information regarding any credit defaults, court judgements or
impairment history (if applicable)
